Key Account Manager
Get Ready To
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products and services
- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, marketing, and customer support, to ensure timely and successful delivery of gaming solutions and services to clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales progress, and client feedback to senior management and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration with the company's systems
You'll Be Great At This If You
- Have 1+ years of experience in a similar position
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams
- Have above average IT literacy (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage)
- Proficiency in data analysis and CRM software, with strong Excel skills
- Are fluent in spoken and written English
- General understanding of sport, iGaming and gambling
